the new Ibanez AEG50 IBH , the traditional Japanese manufacturer revamps its universally popular AEG series . In addition to a new coat of paint, the electro acoustic guitar now comes with a walnut fingerboard and a new Ibanez AEQ TTS pickup systemwith integrated tuner . The combination of a spruce top and sapele body gives the instrument a very warm and bright sound, which the pickup reproduces extremely naturally. Its flat design and the short 634 mm scale length give the player a very comfortable feel even when standing, making the AEG50 perfect for stage use. A noble high gloss finish and matching chrome-plated die-cast tuners complete the overall picture.

Ibanez AEQ-TTS preamp w/Onboard Tuner

The small and simple preamp has only two control knobs, volume and shape. This at-a-glance tone control offers natural acoustic sound in the center position. It allows players to adjust the tone easily and enables them to go from low, fat and powerful tones to a bright and crisp sound while adjusting only one knob. A new easy-to-read onboard tuner with LCD(liquid crystal display) is located on the preamp.

Laurel fretboard

The Laurel fretboard provides a rich and warm tone.

Laurel bridge

The Laurel bridge transfers string vibration directly to the body, delivering a natural and warm tone.

Nyatoh neck

The Nyatoh neck provides a rich mid-low end.

Okoume back and sides

The Okoume back and sides generate a woody, warm tone when the guitar is played softly or finger-picked and provide punchy high-mids with a clear projection when strummed.
