Refund policy

Exchange and return will need to be made in person, at Badie Studio & Stores Al Nasr

Please ensure the following steps to guarantee a smooth return on your purchase:

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 3 days from the invoice date.
• Original invoice should be presented upon any return or exchange.
• Items subject to return or exchange should be in the original package, intact, and not used.
• Items used or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Electronic items need to be checked and verified by the product specialist before any return or exchange and if needed, the item will be sent to our Service Center for inspection.

• Note: The delivery charges are non-refundable once the order is delivered.

Any condition stated in the Return & Exchange Policy is no longer valid in case of violation of the provisions of Article (5) of the law (8) of 2008 regarding consumer protection in the State of Qatar.
