Create a personalized account on Badie Studio & Stores ’s website or sign in to your existing account.
Choose a category or brand name from our detailed navigation menu or use the Search feature to explore other options.
After you find what you were looking for, select your preferred size and color and then proceed by adding the item into your bag.
Once you have added all your preferred items into your bag, proceed to the “Checkout”.
The next step would be to add your address if it wasn’t registered yet. You can then choose your preferred delivery option and complete the payment.
You will then receive a confirmation email with the order number.
Now you can sit and relax and your order will be delivered to your doorsteps.
We thrive to deliver your order in Qatar the soonest and within 24 to 48 hours.
Our Customer Service team will contact you and share the exact delivery date and time if needed.
Delivery charge will appear on checkout.
We deliver within Doha and vicinity.
We only accept Qatari Riyals.
We accept Debit/Credit Cards. The cash on delivery (COD) option is also available.
You will receive a confirmation order on your registered email including the order number, delivery date and the contact information.
You could receive a call from our Customer Service team to verify or modify your order in some cases.
It is possible to cancel your order any time before it gets delivered. Simply contact our Customer Service team on +974 40012468.
The bank has made a hold on your credit card for the value of your order. The total amount will be released within 24 hours in case the cancellation was done on the same day.
For orders canceled after 24 hours, the release/refund will be done as per your bank’s policy.
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase through BadieStudio.com for any reason, you can always opt for an exchange or refund within 3 days; provided that:
- The product is unused and returned in its original condition. Unwrapped items will not be accepted.
- The original receipt is presented as well so we can track your purchase.
Items used cannot be exchanged or returned, Electronic items need to be checked and verified by the product specialist before any exchange or return and if needed, the item will be sent to our Electronics Service Centre for inspection.

Any condition stated in the Exchange & Refund policy is no longer valid in case of violation of the provisions of Article (5) of the law (8) of 2008 regarding consumer protection in the State of Qatar.
Payment & Checkout
Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, select the “Checkout” button in the cart. Follow the steps by entering the requested delivery and payment details until you receive the confirmation and the e-mail summary of your order.
There are no hidden charges: The price you see on the product page is exactly what you will pay. Delivery charges may vary depending on the type and price of the item purchased and the delivery location.
We accept the following payment methods: credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), debit cards. We also accept payments as cash on delivery for most of our items.
CREDIT CARDS:
To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date and three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D secure password.
DEBIT CARDS:
To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date and three-digit CVV number. You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.
You will receive by email the order confirmation that summarizes your order and the payment details. When your purchase is delivered, you will be given a detailed delivery note of your received order by the driver.
For any failed or unsuccessful transaction, there is no refund process to go through. The amount will automatically be reversed into your bank account within the next working day.
