The Roland DB-60 is a full-featured metronome provides a menu of rhythmic patterns, a note-mixing feature, and internal memory, for creating rhythms that match the feel and style of the music being rehearsed or practiced, and the capacity to reproduce complex time signatures of up to 17 beats per measure.

The DB-60 offers additional practice enhancements, such as Loop Play, for recall and repeated play of pattern memory settings, and a Memory function that stores independent tempos for each song, along with Tap Tempo, Timer, and Stopwatch functions. The case is equipped with a large backlit LCD display, a pair of LED visual tempo indicators, a built-in speaker, headphone output, and volume control.
